7th International Baltic Transport Forum

The 7th International Baltic Transport Forum will be held in Kaliningrad (business center “Rybnaya Birzha”) on September 10 – 11, 2015.

As is customary, the Baltic Transport Forum will become a site for the discussion of pressing issues related to the transport and logistics system of the Baltic States.

Here are just a few forum subjects that will be covered at the Forum – Baltic through traffic in the era of sanctions, export-import transportation under conditions of ruble devaluation, impact of sanctions on railways freight traffic, investment attractiveness of the Baltic transport and logistics market, consequences of the European Sulphur Directive, prospects for free economic zones at Baltic ports, prospects for the development of ferry service in Kaliningrad, prospects for cutting costs of the transport and logistics business of Kaliningrad Oblast, prospects for the development of transport business in Kaliningrad Oblast, impact of Silk Road Economic Belt on the transport logistics of the Baltic States, etc.

Forum participants are heads and owners of railway, overseas and road transport carriers, stevedore companies and freight owners interested in north-western Russia and Baltic States as well as representatives of federal and regional authorities of the Russian Federation and neighboring countries interrelated by the Baltic Sea.
